we are looking for a talented, self-motivated social account manager, with a passion for brand communication strategy, copywriting and social analytics who has both the drive and skillset to work on one of the world's largest entertainment franchises.
this social account manager is a pivotal member of a global social team, working very closely with the account manager in the uk, to drive excellence, accuracy and innovation on one of our biggest retainer clients, from day-to-day social calendars to wider campaign moments and digital activations.
responsibilities will include:
develop campaign strategy together with the account manager
lead productive brainstorms, foster innovation and creativity
plan and budget micro-campaigns, digital activations and live events, ensure that they are delivered on time and to the agreed budget
manage the campaign workflow across uk and us teams
manage and write social calendars for all social platforms
undertake in-depth research, provide analysis and insight reports for micro- campaigns
develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders
implement campaign strategy, deliver agreed elements, evaluate success, report and update clients within the agreed timeframe
compile, write and edit materials for clients, campaign and management reporting
demonstrate a proactive approach to new business, and support on-going organic growth
if you have the following skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:
3-5 years experience in social strategy, copywriting and analytics (experience in client management is preferred)
experience with large-scale worldwide brands; entertainment brands are highly desirable.
knowledge and experience of all aspects of digital marketing and communications from an agency perspective, including all elements of the marketing mix
excellent experience in planning, managing and delivering social media campaigns within agreed timeframes and budgets
a creative approach to copywriting and ability to approach challenges in new and imaginative ways
a proven track-record of growing and developing long-term relationships with clients, combined with successful client management
a proven track record for generating impressive results and collaborating with colleagues
good fiscal experience including setting and managing budgets
demonstrate outstanding business, administrative, delegation, time management and communications skills
