sms plc provide a completely integrated service from beginning to end, from project managing the installation of the gas and/or electricity supply and connection through to the procurement, installation and management of the meter asset, data collection and on-going energy management solutions.
as the business continues to expand, we are looking to recruit a head of operation support services to lead and manage the sms plc utilities contact centre and all operational support functions within the sms business, to exceed business performance targets and ensure a high standard of customer service and efficient utilisation of available resource.
act as role model for team and promote the sms plc integration
to manage direct reports ranging from appointment generation, scheduling and dispatching, on day jeopardy management through to data correction.
report results to senior management via analysis of productivity, conversion success and customer service feedback; ensuring the team successfully performs against agreed sla's, kpi's and budget.

reporting to the display manager, the mobile marketing executive will be responsible for promoting our apps to acquire and retain high value customers. other duties include:
implement aso strategy to maximize app discoverability and conversion rates based on analytics
assist in the creation and planning of mobile marketing campaigns
report and analyze mobile marketing campaigns
collaborate with ua marketing channel teams (e.g. display, ppc, email, affiliates) to drive mobile marketing initiatives and to provide mobile marketing support as appropriate.
manage and monitor the lottoland itunes connect and google play accounts.
maintain mobile marketing technology infrastructure (e.g. mobile measurement partners, data service providers, deep link platforms).
funnelling end user feedback and marketing perspective to improve the product and the overall user experience
university degree or college diploma on marketing or related field
experience of using a mmp such as adjust, appsflyer, tune or kochava
